Independent pre-installation flooring moisture testing provides documented slab moisture data before flooring, adhesives, primers, and floor-preparation products are already stuck to the slab.

RH testing helps project teams look at three things before the floor is installed:

1. Flooring failure risk

Can slab moisture create problems for the flooring system after it is down?

2. Warranty and product limits

Are the flooring, adhesive, primer, patch, or self-leveling products being used within their stated moisture limits?

3. Odor, microbial, and mold-related concerns

Could moisture trapped under the floor create conditions for odor, microbial growth, or mold-related concerns?
